April Figley, FNP-BC
April Figley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. A lifelong resident of Macomb County, April is a graduate of Chippewa Valley High School. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Master of Science in Nursing from Oakland University and has been board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2023.
April began her nursing career at Henry Ford Rochester Hospital, where she built a strong clinical foundation in patient care. She later joined Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital, serving in multiple leadership and clinical roles, including Progressive Care Unit floor nurse and Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager. These experiences strengthened her expertise in acute and complex patient management while cultivating her leadership and collaborative skills.
After completing her master’s degree, April transitioned into internal medicine at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy, where she practiced for two years, providing comprehensive care services to a diverse patient population. In 2026, she joined Silver Pine Medical Group, continuing her commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Outside of her professional life, April enjoys traveling, music, and spending quality time with her family and pets. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting them in achieving their long-term health goals.
