Dean Fitch, MD

Dr. Dean Fitch grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Grand Blanc, Michigan, and graduated from Goodrich High School. He earned his bachelor's degree from Pensacola Christian College, his master's degree from Liberty University, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Fitch completed his Family Medicine residency at Henry Ford Providence Southfield in Southfield, Michigan.

Dr. Fitch is passionate about building lasting relationships with his patients and providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families of all ages. He values taking the time to listen, educate, and partner with patients to help them achieve their health goals.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Fitch enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading, playing basketball, golfing, and cheering on his favorite Detroit sports teams. He also enjoys exploring new places with his family, listening to music, and playing the drums.
